At Markers & Headstones, we understand the importance of honoring your loved ones and offer a 30-day return window for non-personalized items. Please note that custom-engraved memorials are final sale unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing errors.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos if the item is damaged to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the memorial or marker in its original shipping crate and protective foam to ensure it is not chipped or cracked during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized freight or parcel carrier location as specified in your return instructions.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
